Feedback recommendations and comments are effectively
public endorsements (or non-endorsements) of members.
Once posted, they cannot normally be edited or taken
back.
After you have arranged for a member to look after
your pets we ask you leave feedback so that others
can benefit from your experience.
Feedback consists of:
an overall
recommendation ('Yes', 'no,' or 'not sure') about
the member's suitability to look after other people's
pets. This recommendation counts towards the rating
of a member's profile
